Each listing is organised by district → town → category, so users can find nearby services easily.
What type of businesses can be listed?
Any legitimate local business or service provider in Kerala, including:

- Clinics, labs, pharmacies
- Taxi services, drivers
- Shops, salons, workshops
- Tutors, trainers, professionals

Illegal, misleading, or unverifiable services are not allowed.
Is this a free business directory?
Yes!
We offer a Free Plan that allows you to list your business with essential details like Name, Address, and Phone Number.
However, if you want a Verified Badge, photos, social links, and better visibility, we recommend upgrading to our affordable Verified or Featured plans.
How much does it cost to list a business?
We have three simple plans:

Prices are annual. No monthly subscriptions.
Why is there a fee for paid plans?
While the Free plan covers basics, the small fee for Verified and Featured plans helps us:
- Verify business authenticity manually
- Host and serve high-quality images
- Maintain the server infrastructure
- Keep the platform spam-free
It ensures that serious businesses get the visibility they deserve.
How long is a listing valid?
Each listing is valid for one year from the date of approval.
Before expiry:
- The owner will receive reminders
- Renewal is optional
- Non-renewed listings may be removed to keep data clean
Can I edit my business details later?
Yes.
Business owners can:
- Update phone number
- Change address or service area
- Add or replace photos
- Update services offered
Keeping information updated is strongly encouraged.
Are listings verified?
Yes.
Listings go through basic verification, which may include:
- Phone number confirmation
- Manual review
- Duplicate and spam checks
Listings that fail verification or violate guidelines can be removed.
Does listing guarantee top ranking or more calls?
No.
KeralaClick does not sell rankings or fake visibility. Listings are shown based on:
- Location relevance
- Category
- Completeness of information
This is a directory, not an ad platform.
Will my business appear on Google?
Directory pages are optimised for search engines, and many listings do appear on Google for local searches.
However:
- Google rankings are not guaranteed
- We do not claim Google My Business replacement
- Accurate information improves visibility naturally
Can customers leave reviews?
Yes.
Reviews help other users make decisions and help business owners improve services. Fake or abusive reviews are moderated.
Can NGOs, emergency services, or public services be listed?
Yes.
Certain essential services such as ambulance services, blood banks, public helplines, and non-profit organisations may be listed with special consideration or exemptions, subject to verification.
What happens if a business shuts down?
If a business is found to be closed or unreachable, the listing may be marked inactive or removed after verification to keep the directory clean and useful.

How do I submit my business?
You can submit your business using the listing submission form available on this website.
The process is simple:
- Enter business details
- Choose category and town
- Complete verification
- Pay the annual maintenance fee
- Listing goes live after review
How long does approval take?
Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24 to 72 hours, depending on verification requirements.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes.
We collect only necessary business information. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties.
How can I report an incorrect or fake listing?
Each listing includes options to 'Suggest an Edit' or 'Report incorrect information'. These reports are reviewed manually.
Is this directory only for Kerala?
Yes.
This directory is exclusively for Kerala state. Businesses outside Kerala are not accepted.
